1. Marketplace Intermediary Role

Distributor-Ship.com serves solely as a B2B intermediary discovery and communications platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Distributor-Ship.com does not take title to any goods, does not sell products directly, and is not a party to commercial contracts executed between independent brands and distributors.

2. Business User Eligibility & Representations

Access is restricted to bona fide business entities (proprietorships, partnerships, LLPs, Private Limited companies) registered in India. By posting an opportunity or submitting an enquiry, you warrant that all business credentials, GSTIN numbers, and licensing documents provided are authentic and up to date.

3. Free Marketplace Launch Model

During the initial rollout phase, directory browsing, listing submissions, and enquiry messaging are offered free of platform charge. Distributor-Ship.com reserves the right to introduce optional premium features or lead credit packages in future updates with prior notice.

4. Independent Commercial Due Diligence

Users are strictly advised to conduct independent due diligence, inspect physical stock, and consult legal counsel prior to transferring advance payments or security deposits to any prospective commercial partner.
