We collect information essential for business directory matching: enterprise name, business email, contact phone number, registered office address, GSTIN numbers, and industry classifications.

2. Confidentiality of Private Requirements & Documents

Private expansion requirements posted by brand owners and verification certificates (e.g. FSSAI licenses, ISO documents) uploaded via our encrypted Cloudflare R2 pipeline are strictly protected by PostgreSQL Row Level Security. They are never published to search engine crawlers or public index pages.

3. Data Sharing Restrictions

Distributor-Ship.com does not sell, rent, or trade your commercial lead data to third-party telemarketers or external broker databases. Data is shared exclusively between the sender and recipient of explicit trade enquiries.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Users have the statutory right to request account deactivation and removal of business data by contacting privacy@distributor-ship.com.
